Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your order. Each book is carefully checked and packaged before posting.

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please email cait@hearttoheartsbook.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

As our books are not personalised, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please email us with your order number.

If you choose to return your book, it must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return postage cost, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned book.

We can’t offer refunds for unwanted books that are returned used, incomplete, or beyond the 14-day return period.
